Iowa River Landing Walking Tour Part 1 (Housing Tour)

The Iowa River Landing has transformed Coralville’s former 180-acre industrial area into a vibrant neighborhood of shops, offices, restaurants, hotels, housing, and more. This walking tour will focus on the housing developments that have occurred, offering attendees a chance to view various types of units that have improved the community’s housing stock. Attendees will then visit the newly constructed Xtream Arena, a 5,000+ seat multi-purpose facility that can host a wide variety of events while serving as an important community asset.
